UKABC Roundtable with Nikesh Mehta, British High Commissioner (designate) to Singapore

On Tuesday 2 July 2024, the UK-ASEAN Business Council was delighted to host a Roundtable Partner Conversation with His Excellency Mr Nikesh Mehta, the British High Commissioner (designate) to Singapore. The roundtable was kindly hosted by UKABC partner Michael Page.

This roundtable provided Partners with an opportunity to hear Nik’s thoughts and priorities for the UK-Singapore bilateral relationship before he starts as British High Commissioner.

The discussion was chaired by UKABC’s Chair Lord Vaizey of Didcot and covered the key themes in the trading relationship including technology, infrastructure, defence, finance, IP and education, as well as promoting deeper people-to-people contact.
