ASEAN-UK GTF: Climate Policy, Green Finance, and Clean and Just Energy Transition Call for Proposals
UK PACT (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) is a flagship programme under the UK’s International Climate Finance (ICF) portfolio. The programme is jointly governed and funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). The UK is committed to tackling climate change and is investing £11.6bn via the UK’s International Climate Finance (ICF) portfolio over the five years to March 2026.
UK PACT funds projects that support partner countries in implementing and increasing their ambitions for carbon emissions reductions in line with their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). All UK PACT projects work to accelerate partner countries’ transition to low-carbon development.
UK PACT delivers impact through a combination of funding longer-term capacity-building projects and the rapid mobilisation of expertise.
