There are two projects available:

Invest, develop, operate and maintain an Eco-Chalet Type Resort

The objective of this project is:

  1. To create a comprehensively planned Eco-Chalet Type Resort integrating elements of a luxurious, sustainable, safe, reliable, attractive as well as an affordable tourism product at the designated area of Kampong Batang Duri, Temburong that can be enjoyed by both domestic and foreign visitors;
  2. Accommodation selection that is comfortable and of high standards.
  3. To provide a range of outdoor and indoor facilities complementing existing activities that are currently available by tour operators in Kampong Batang Duri, Temburong.
  4. To generate employment by engaging the local communities;
  5. To create business opportunities through collaboration and partnership by engaging the local communities;
  6. To encourage participation of private sectors to have co-ownership of the tourism product.

Invest, develop, operate and maintain a River Centre

The objective of this project is:

  1. To build a River Centre as a waiting area for visitors before embarking to Ulu Ulu Resort and Ulu Temburong National Park. The River Centre will be integrated with appropriate facilities for tourists and stakeholders;
  2. To generate employment by engaging the local communities;
  3. To create business opportunities through collaboration and partnership by engaging the local communities; and
  4. To encourage participation of private sectors to have co-ownership of the tourism product.
