Deadline for application:

The Intra Airside Road Connection (Intra ARC) is an infrastructure consisting of cut-and-cover tunnels, depressed roadways and ramps which will serve the future Terminal 5 headhouse, satellite terminals and industrial zone within Changi East

Changi Airport currently operates with two runways, i.e. Runway 1 and Runway 2. As part of Changi Airport’s strategic planning and the need to accommodate increasing air traffic demand in the future, Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (CAG) will be developing Terminal 5 and ancillary infrastructures on a land parcel located to the east of the current airport site – referred to as Changi East (CE) hereon, to cater for future airport expansion.

The ancillary infrastructures include underground tunnels and basements to connect existing and future airport terminals for the purpose of airside traffic usage, transfer of transit passengers, baggage and cargo, and routing of common utilities.

Part of the development also include adjacent civil works which consists of construction of permanent Fire Station 2, 2nd East parallel taxiway of Runway 2 and ancillary works (e.g. U-drains and culverts) located in close proximity to the Intra ARC.

The focus for this consultancy is to provide full quantity surveying services, including but not limited to cost estimating services, tender preparation leading up to the successful award of the construction tender, and subsequent contract administration for the construction and operation of the following works:

a) Intra ARC – Base Scope
b) 2nd East Parallel Taxiway of Runway 2 & Ancillary Works – Option A
c) Permanent Fire Station 2 – Option B
