A local conglomerate is seeking a foreign partner to develop 4000MW of offshore wind projects.
The energy investment arm of a major conglomerate is seeking an international partner to develop offshore wind farms.
The partner must be an experienced counterpart operating in a mature market for offshore wind power development.
The government awarded the conglomerate with service contracts for four (4) large-scale wind projects in the northern and central Philippines to produce a total of 4000MW of clean energy.
The projects have entered a pre-feasibility period of five (5) years.
The partnership will leverage on technology and commercial experience of the partner to make the projects more competitive prior to capital cost deployment.
