NHG was established as a computer shop in 1999. In 2007, they turned into a joint stock company with a new identity investing mainly in education. They have acquired two universities with about 20,000 students in and around Ho Chi Minh City. They also have more than 6,000 students from kindergarten to Grade 12 in their Saigon Academy International Pre-school system.
In order to respond to future developments, NHG is looking for suitable UK universities/ institutions to collaborate. The partnership can be one of the listed below:
– Establish a British University Campus in Vietnam
– Establish a link between the two faculties/ universities
The British Universities/ Institutions would be responsible for bringing their programmes, lectures, expertise, etc into the cooperation. NHG would be looking after the operating license, investment, infrastructure, students etc to make the programme launch.
Reputation is essential so they are looking to work with companies with a proven track record, which can start the discussions immediately.
Specific methods of cooperation and programmes/ subjects will be discussed through further correspondence between the two parties and can be modified to suit the need between the two organisations.
Interested UK universities/ institutions with relevant experience are advised to contact UKTI Vietnam before 31 August 2016 or preferable sooner, with their profile, statement of capability, evidence of where they have worked and reputation for follow up with NHG. Details of any prior national experience should also be provided.
