NEA has called a tender for the design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and comprehensive maintenance of a network of automatic weather stations

(a) To supply, deliver and install all equipment items at the sites, test and commission the System;
(b) To provide and transfer data seamlessly from the System to the Meteorological Service Singapore’s (MSS) current online weather monitoring network henceforth referred to as “OWMN”.
(c) To provide detailed specifications, descriptions and technical drawings of the System including that of all major components and their integration to the network. Provide all hardware and software documentation, including operator, technical and maintenance manuals;
(d) Coordinate with land/building owners as well as regulatory bodies to seek approval for work permit/clearance before any actual work may commence
(e) To provide training for staff in the operation and maintenance of the System
(f) To provide training for staff on the application software;
(g) To commission NAWS no later than six (6) months from the Effective Date unless the Agency has granted an extension in writing.
(h) To install and integrate all exercised options for additional AWS no later thantwenty four (24) months from the Effective Date unless the Agency has granted extension(s) in writing.
(i) To provide for comprehensive maintenance of the System, for both firm and exercised option items, for a period of sixty months (60) following the expiry of the warranty.
(j) To provide an option for extension of comprehensive maintenance of the System, for firm and exercised option items, for a subsequent period of seventy two (72) months.
