A government agency is looking to appoint a panel of contractors with the technologies and capabilities to monitor and analyse issues on mainstream media and social media. Successful bidders can be appointed for media monitoring (Category A) and/or online analytics (Category B).
Base services on the contract include:
- Producing and delivering reports on schedule
- Providing timely and reliable access to data sources
- Monitoring of at least five pre-defined issues
- Generating crisis and flash reports
- Ramping up the scale, if necessary during critical periods, including catering for the demand of more than 40 customers
- Providing service support
