Description

The National Library Board (NLB) wants maintenance and operation services of its archiving software system.

You must be able to provide support and operation services for a software system including:

  • Installation, testing and running of standard corrections and updates
  • Supplying new software versions and releases with related items
  • Giving advice on the performance tuning of all software-related items
  • Train NLB’s staff on how to use the software
  • Recovering lost data and restoration
  • Repairing damaged data

To bid, you must:

  • Have completed at least 3 maintenance support related services in the last 3 years
  • Provide details of similar scale projects with experience in Java, HTML, Sun Solaris, Microsoft.Net Technology and another related programming language
