Deadline for application:

ST Communications, a leading event/creative company in Hanoi, Vietnam is looking for UK partners in organising annual festivals in Hanoi

ST Communications is one of the leading event/creative companies in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. The company has been working on a project with Hanoi People’s Committee which aims at making Hanoi one of the best destinations for tourists around the world and building the Hoan Kiem Lake area to be a really cool area for pedestrians.

ST Communications initiated some sort of annual festival (egg lighting, big installation and/or 3D mapping) at some special occasions of Hanoi. They really want to connect to the world’s best event/creative companies to be a joint partner in this project and they see UK companies as preferred potential partners given the great impression made by big events and festivals in the UK (such as London Olympics 2012)

The potential companies are expected, in collaboration with ST Communications, to work out a comprehensive proposal for submission to Hanoi People’s Committee and the project will be jointly implemented by once it is approved.

Interested UK event and/or creative companies are advised to contact DIT team Vietnam, before 21 October 2016, with company’s profile, statement of capability for follow up with ST Communications. Details of any prior international experience should also be provided.
