Bidding invitation to mobile telecommunication service providers and consultants from a major Vietnamese mobile network operator
Mobifone is one of the three largest telecommunication providers in Vietnam with nearly 50 million subscribers and a 30% market share. The company provides a wide range of services including mobile, data, internet, IPTV/cable TV, business solutions, infocom technology (ICT) and investment. Its ambition is to become the leader of Vietnam’s telecommunications market with a revenue of $5 billion by 2020.
MobiFone is inviting bids for consultancy for the design and planning of their Mobifone 4G network in the period of 2016-2020, specifically on:
– Mobifone current network research and evaluation.
– Mobifone current data traffic and users research and evaluation.
– Consultancy on Mobifone 4G network development strategy.
– Planning, design and yearly investment consultancy services for the Radio Access Network of Mobifone 4G network to meet the development demand in the period of 2016-2020.
– Planning, design and yearly investment consultancy services for the Core Network of Mobifone 4G network to meet the development demand in the period of 2016-2020.
– Consultancy on Bidding document construction, technical requirements and tender evaluation criteria for Mobifone 4G projects.
– Training services of LTE technology, network planning and design, as well as financial evaluation for Mobifone engineers.
