You must be able to supply the system including:
– Internet Protocol (IP) camera(s)
– equipment housing
– self-sustainable electrical power supply
– communication system and transmission medium
– pole(s), bracket(s), mounting(s) and suitable foundation support
– local data storage
– signage
The system should be installed with devices such as filters to resolve potential problems like:
– the glare/reflection of the vehicle license plate from the headlights of other vehicles
– sunlight
– the reflections of light from wet roads
The system should also perform in all weather conditions throughout day and night, with minimum degradation from the effects of:
– sunlight
– rain
– humidity
– vehicles fumes and lighting
– reflectivity of the license plate
You must be in Singapore to supply, install and provide maintenance as well as deliver to the location specified by the authority.
