Integrated Logistics Zone and Jetty Link Port Project Development

You should be able to construct a:

– Jetty
– Inland container deport
– Container freight station
– CFS-warehouse and bonded warehouse

The project is near the Ngwe Pin Le Industrial Zone and Ale-Ywa to support the transportation and logistics sector within the Yangon Region.

Sealed bids are invited from the qualified developers.

There is a bidding document fee of £3,700 for the tender for the jetty, inland container deport, container freight station and CFS warehouse. There is a bidding document fee of £2,200 for the tender for the bonded warehouse.

The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders after signing the Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon submission of a formal request on payment of a non-refundable fee indicated above for each set of tender documents.

The bidding documents will be available from the Yangon Regional Government Office on any working day with effect from 31 May 2018 (from 9.00 hour to 16.00 hour, local time).

A pre-bid meeting will take place in the Yangon Regional Government Office and, date and time will be confirmed later for discussions of various issues raised by the prospective bidders.
The bid duly completed in all respects as described in the bidding document shall be submitted, in a sealed envelope on or before 27 July 2018 at 12:00 noon (local time).

Bids received afterwards will not be considered. The Yangon Regional Government is not bound to accept the lowest offer and reserves the right to negotiate with bidders.
