The Department for International Trade provides trade and investment services and practical support. They help UK companies succeed in Myanmar, and Myanmarese companies set up and invest in the UK.

The British Chamber of Commerce Myanmar is an independent, non-profit membership organisation which promotes, supports and represents business interests in Myanmar.

The British Embassy in Burma maintains and develops relations between the UK and Burma. They work to achieve international human rights standards, support processes towards a just peace and poverty reduction.
