Robert Collins, Chief Executive, Savills Thailand

Robert has been working in the Asia Pacific real estate industry for the past 30 years having started his career with CBRE in Hong Kong in 1991, later relocating to Thailand with JLL in 1993. In 2005 he joined Savills Thailand as Managing Director and played a pivotal role in establishing the Savills brand locally, securing ‘Best International Agent’ for three consecutive years in 2011, 2012, 2013 at the Thailand Property Awards, in addition to securing the coveted ‘Real Estate Personality of the Year’ in 2007.

Robert is an associate with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is one of the longest-serving expatiates operating within the real estate industry in Thailand. Robert has on two occasions been appointed as a Board Director on the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, most recently representing Savills.

Marcus Burtenshaw, Executive Director and Head of Occupier Services & Commercial Agency, Knight Frank Thailand

Marcus has been working with the world’s leading real estate practices in Bangkok since 1997, leading Knight Frank Thailand’s commercial team since 2003. He advises owners and corporate occupiers on their industrial and office property interests, providing strategic advice on acquisitions, dispositions, portfolios, master planning, financial analysis, and lease restructuring. He has transacted over 1 million square meters of commercial property in Thailand with a combined value of over THB 6 billion and helped over 100 companies to find their premises in the Kingdom. In the role as Head of Commercial, he also oversees the production of commercial research reports for Bangkok’s office and industrial markets.

Roongrat Veeraparrkaroon, Head of Commercial Transaction Services, CBRE Thailand

Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon is currently Head of Commercial Transaction Services at CBRE Thailand. Her responsibilities include the overall supervision of leasing commercial transactions (office, retail, and industrial) of numerous multinational corporations. With more than 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has worked on many sole agency instructions including iconic and leading developments and major office leasing transactions in Bangkok including many largest ones in the market.
