Cambodia’s construction sector is undergoing dynamic growth, evidenced by the construction of satellite cities, commercial buildings, modern shopping centres and international-standard hotels.
In 2017, investment in construction reached an impressive total of USD 6.8bn (over GBP 5bn), an increase of 23% comparing to the previous year. The industry has made a remarkable contribution to the development of the national economy by achieving many of the basic objectives of development including increasing output and income generation and re-distribution.
From Government supported infrastructure developments to innovative real estate projects, Cambodia has provided the perfect environment for successful investment from around the world. Throughout the years both local and international investors have shown confidence in the economic stability in the Kingdom and strengthen relationships that lead to the results we have today.
The main speakers on the day will be Nipoan Chheng from BritCham Cambodia, Dawn Shu from Hongkong Land, a leading property investment, management and development group, James Hodge from CBRE (Real Estate Agent Cambodia) and Thomas Zazworka from Arup, engineering and design company.
This webinar is particularly suited to construction companies, architecture & design companies, companies specialising in infrastructure, engineering firms and suppliers to the industry.
