Ten spaces are available for highly innovative UK LawTech companies to join DIT on the mission during Singapore Week of Innovation & Technology (SWITCH). This will be an excellent opportunity to meet and network with leaders and decision-makers from Law Firms across Singapore, as well as benefit from the impact of SWITCH with meeting industry and government organisations from across the region.

The Singapore Government has placed a real interest in LawTech over recent months. To that end, the Law Society of Singapore launched a new push to encourage local legal firms to adopt new technology on May 15. The Ministry of Law, LawSoc, Enterprise Singapore and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) launched the Tech-celerate for Law programme earlier this year, under which $3.68 million has been set aside to provide legal practices with up to 70 per cent funding support for adopting technology solutions.

The Offer

DIT is teaming up with the Future Law Innovation Programme (FLIP)and Enterprise Singapore to promote UK LawTech solutions widely across the Singapore legal community. This opportunity will give participants the chance to:

• Pitch to FLIP’s innovation-driven ecosystem of legal firms
• Meet with buyers and potential partners.
• On the ground local support and advice from DIT staff based in Singapore
• Support from DIT trade experts in London
• Attend DIT activities during SWITCH week

How to participate

A participation cost of £220 +VAT will apply and be charged upon being selected for the mission. The fee does not include flights, accommodation, insurance, transfers, food.
