Myanmar’s agriculture sector is the backbone of its economy. In fact, the sector provides 37.8% of the country’s GDP, accounts between 25% and 30% of total export earnings and employs 70% of the labour force. A major economic objective is to develop the agriculture sector as a role model for all other sectors.
This Expo on Natural and Organic Products will include Myanmar’s international and regional companies from a variety of sectors to showcase ways to access Myanmar’s dynamic and expanding market.
