To mark the occasion of the first official visit to the UK of the Secretary-General of ASEAN – Dato Lim Jock Hoi, the UK-ASEAN Business Council is organising a gala dinner in the magnificent Palace of Westminster.

Confirmed guests include FCO Minister for Asia Pacific – Rt Hon Mark Field MP, ASEAN’s High Commissioners and Ambassadors, captains of industry from both ASEAN and the UK, Prime Minister’s Trade Envoys to ASEAN, academia and many more key stakeholders.

The Secretary-General of ASEAN is head of the ASEAN Secretariat that coordinates and drives ASEAN stakeholder collaboration. With the UK further strengthening its relationship with ASEAN by establishing a diplomatic mission to ASEAN in April this year, this is an important opportunity to engage with one of ASEAN’s most important figures.
