Malaysia is positioning itself to be Southeast Asia’s aerospace hub. Malaysia’s aerospace industry currently generates  GBP 2.4 billion annually and employs more than 21,000 skilled workers.

The sector is open to business, investment and further collaborations with the aerospace industry players to strengthen the relationship even further. The CEO of the Malaysia’s Investment Authority (MIDA), Dato’ Azman Mahmud, will share his vision for the industry at the Farnborough International Airshow 2018 . The CEO is keen to  meet and discuss with leaders of the UK’s  aerospace industry to further boost collaboration between Malaysia and the UK’s aerospace industry players.
