The Department for International Trade (DIT) is delighted to invite you to a briefing on Education Opportunities in Indonesia.
Education is high on the agenda throughout Indonesia, a market that offers huge opportunities for UK expertise. With a population of 258m, Indonesia is the world’s third most populous democracy, with a rapidly growing middle class of c90m, and 5m students in Higher Education alone. The country has diverse needs, combining remote communities in 31 provinces with huge population centres. The UK has a long-standing reputation for quality in both Indonesia and the wider region, and commercial integration within the ASEAN Economic Community means that Indonesia has the potential to act as a springboard for UK exporters. DIT has identified various categories of opportunities within the Indonesian education sector including Higher Education, Vocational Training, English Language Training and Teacher Training.
This free event will focus on the local operating environment and how DIT can help you access key opportunities. UK Export Finance (UKEF) will also offer an overview on how to access their services.
