Overview
Countries: South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia
Dates: 21/09/20 – 08/10/20 (the mission will consist of a programme of short sessions taking place between these dates)
This Virtual Trade Mission will ensure that companies can continue to benefit from the resources, networks and knowledge of the Department for International Trade (DIT) network overseas in a challenging time for the world. This will help companies to continue to build on their international growth ambitions without travel.
This mission gives the opportunity for UK digital health companies to experience three different markets in the Asia Pacific region: Korea, Taiwan and Malaysia. All three of the countries are developed economies with rapidly growing digital healthcare sectors, however, their digital healthcare sectors are at different levels of development. This is an opportunity for UK digital healthcare companies to connect with a diverse set of markets and cover multiple opportunities without having to travel to the region. There will be an opportunity to learn about the markets as well as make valuable business-2-business connections.
Click here for more information on the opportunities in these markets.
Who should participate?
The Asia Pacific market offers a growing and exciting opportunity for innovative UK digital health companies. DIT would be interested in hearing from companies across the digital health sector, including:
- AI & data
- Data analytics
- VR/AR
- Remote monitoring
- Telemedicine
- Electronic health records
- Digital assessments and screening
What to expect
